Yosemite Biking Information Yosemite Valley contains more than 15 miles of bike trails. Under Park Service regulations, bikes are allowed only on paved areas. All of the hiking trails are closed to biking throughout Yosemite National Park.

Bike rentals are available at Yosemite Lodge year around and at Curry Village during the summer months. Using your bike or a rental makes it easy to get around the valley floor, most of the trail is fairly flat.

California law mandates bicyclists under 18 years of age wear a helmet.
